What are missed calls costing you?

Only the fees you set: your diagnostic or service-call fee, after-hours call-out, and flat rates you list. For anything else it says the technician prices it on site before any work starts, so no one holds you to a number from the phone.
How do emergencies work?
It recognizes emergencies (gas smell, CO alarm, flooding, sewage, no heat in the cold, sparking), gives the safety step, takes the address and callback number, then texts the details to your on-call tech, your backup and you, and rings all of you at the same time, up to 3 rounds 5 minutes apart, until someone presses 1.
When does it text instead of ringing?
If the same caller reports another emergency within 30 minutes, or your business has already had 6 emergencies rung in the last hour, the job is still texted to your on-call phones but nobody is rung. This stops a prank caller from keeping your phones ringing.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. We recommend forwarding only when you're busy or don't answer, so your phone rings first and the AI catches the rest.
Does it book into my calendar?
It books into windows from your hours and truck count, shows each job on your Notanai board and texts you. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan sync is coming.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes: it says so in the greeting and always tells the truth if asked. It can hand the call to you any time.
What about my customers' data?
Your bookings, call records and transcripts are stored in Canada (Toronto), used only to run your bookings, and never sold. The live voice conversation is processed by Google's AI service, currently in the United States, so call audio leaves Canada while a call is on; we don't keep recordings. No card numbers are taken on the phone. Read our privacy policy.
