If the AI is unavailable or paused, the call rings your own staff line instead. Orders are never marked accepted until your kitchen accepts them, and your manager gets a text if nobody does within two minutes.
Today, orders arrive on a kitchen screen (any tablet or computer) with a text alert. Square and Clover integrations are next, so orders flow straight into your POS.

Starter is month to month; Growth and Pro bill their monthly fee every 3 months in advance, and if you cancel, whole months you haven't started are refunded. Per order is a 2-year agreement: at least 960 orders (40 a month on average) after the free trial, and any month can be lower. If you finish with fewer, or cancel earlier, the difference is billed at CA$2.90 an order, at most CA$2,784. No setup fee. Your first 13 days or 13 orders are free.
Your orders, call records and transcripts are stored in Canada (Toronto), used only to run your orders, and never sold. The live voice conversation is processed by Google's AI service, currently in the United States, so call audio leaves Canada while a call is on; we don't keep recordings.
